National Insurance Co Pulled Up
A Delhi consumer court has hauled up the National Insurance Company for not settling a claim of a cycle parts manufacturer.
The New Delhi consumer disputes redressal forum has directed National Insurance to immediately pay the claim amount along with 9 per cent penal interest for the delayed period along with a litigation cost of Rs 5,000.
Ordering the insurance company to pay the entire amount within 45 days, the consumer forum said,
