Railways and Kerala govt signs MoU
Indian Railway shall hold 51 per cent equity in the JV and the remaining 49 per cent will be held by the Kerala Government. A joint working group (JWG) will be constituted in the next six months to prepare business plans and work out the modalities for the formation of the JV.
