Raju served questionnaire

The process of examination of the accused in the Satyam case began on Thursday with the special court handing over a ques-tionnaire to the counsel of B Ramalinga Raju, company founder and prime accused in the case. The questionnaire will be served on Raju at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, where he is undergoing treatment for Hepatitis C. Raju has not attended the court since September last year citing his treatment at Nims. Meanwhile, Raju's bail application in the high court has been posted to August 16 for further hearing.
