Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan has approached the Gujarat High Court in Ahmedabad against a city-based firm for alleged non-payment of dues.
The matter came up before Justice K M Thakar last week, who issued a notice to Rosebys Interiors India Ltd, the respondent firm, seeking a reply by March 12.
Soha signed up to promote Rosebys products in 2008. The products included bedding, curtains, bathroom textiles, etc.
However, the company did not pay her over Rs 90 lakh as per the agreement, the petition said.
