Two persons died of swine flu today taking the total deaths to four in Andhra Pradesh.
A 38-year old woman died at Government Chest Hospital in here after midnight due to acute respiratory distress. She was on ventilation since August 29. She earlier took treatment at a private hospital in the city and was later shifted to Chest Hospital after her condition worsened.
Also, a 30-year old woman, identified as Lakshmi and native of Kadapa district, died in the early hours on Saturday. She was admitted to Global Hospital at LB Nagar here on August 25. Both of them did not have any travel history. So far, 207 swine flu cases have been tested positive in the state and reports of 20 others are awaited, according to Dr Subhakar, Chest Hospital coordinator.
