WB to have paragliding in Digha, Sunderbans

West Bengal Tourism minister Krishnendu Narayan Chowdhury on Sunday said that paragliding would be started in the major tourist places in the state to attract foreign tourists.
"We will start paragliding in Digha, Sunderbans, in the hills and in Malda," Chowdhury said after a trial run of paragliding here.
The tourism department is taking the initiative of starting paragliding in major tourist places in association with a private company, he said.
