Azad loses Udhampur seat to BJP's Jatindra Singh

PDP came on the third place with just 30,461 votes.

Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad of Congress has lost to BJP's Jatindra Singh by a margin of 60,976 votes in the Udhampur Lok Sabha seat.

Azad, who was making his maiden bid from Jammu and Kashmir to the Lok Sabha, polled 4,26,393 votes, while Singh polled 4,87,369 votes.

PDP came on the third place with just 30,461 votes.
