A non-Congress, non-BJP front would come into being after the Lok Sabha elections and there would be no dispute over the prime minister's post, senior CPI leader Atul Kumar Anjaan said today.

"The front consisting of non-Congress, non-BJP parties would come into being after the Lok Sabha elections and there would be no difference over the prime minister's post," Anjaan, who is contesting from Ghosi parliamentary seat told reporters here.

"In 1977 when 42 parties had joined to form Janata Party, their prime minister candidate was not announced before the polls. When there was no dispute at that time how would it be this time," Anjaan said prime minister would be selected within hours if the third front gets a majority in LS.

Attacking West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee, he said after the flop show at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi her dream of forming a 'federal front' has been shattered.

"After the flopped rally, both social activist Anna Hazare and Mamata Banerjee are blaming each other," Anjaan said.

He also termed as disappointing the two-year tenure of Akhilesh Yadav government in Uttar Pradesh.
