The minister said if the Congress-led UPA government was again voted to power, it would pass the 'right to health bill', included in the party's election manifesto.
Addressing election meetings in Kozhikode and Vatakara constituencies, he said the present trend in favour of UDF would fetch it at least one seat more than it won in the 2009 election, when it won 16 of the total of 20 LS seats.
