Bank of India raises Rs 500 cr via bonds

Bank of India today said it has raised Rs 500 crore by issue of bonds.
The bank has raised Rs 500 crore through issue of upper Tier-II capital bonds, with a coupon rate of 8.50 per cent per annum, Bank of India said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Shares of Bank of India today closed at Rs 335.05 on the NSE, up 0.36 per cent from previous close.
