The Indian Banks' Association (IBA) today elected T M Bhasin, chairman and managing director of Indian Bank as IBA chairman for 2014-15 in its annual general meeting here today.
The other IBA office-bearers elected were Arun Kaul, chairman and managing director of UCO Bank, S L Bansal, chairman and managing director of Oriental Bank of Commerce, and Chanda Kochhar, managing director and chief executive of ICICI Bank as deputy chairmen. Further, Arundhati Bhattacharya, chairperson of State Bank of India was elected as Honorary Secretary of IBA for 2014-15.
