Credit Suisse appoints head of global market

Credit Suisse announced that it had appointed Rahul Chawla to the newly created position of Head, Global Markets Solutions Group for India. In a statement, the firm said Chawla will work closely with Credit Suisse’s coverage bankers in India and with regional product heads to originate equity and debt capital markets, equity derivatives and structured finance transactions.
