The holdings of foreign institutional investors (FIIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) in Punjab National Bank (PNB) has gone up to 18.66% of the paid-up equity capital from 14.16% after the bank's second public offer.PNB finalised the allotments of eight crore shares issued at Rs 390 per share today.While FIIs have been allotted an additional 1,57,32,591 shares, NRIs have been alloted 2,29,658 shares, the bank informed the BSE today."FIIs and NRIs will see their holding increase to 5.88 crore shares from 4.29 crore shares till March 24," the release added.The government holding in the bank came down to 57% from 80% after the offer.
