Foreign exchange reserves zoomd past the $140 billion-mark to $140.429 billion for the week ended March 11, 2005 when compared with the previous week, according to the weekly supplement released by the RBI yesterday.Foreign currency assets moved up $2.823 billion to $134.584 billion. Gold reserves and SDRs were unchanged at $4.376 billion and $5 million, respectively. The Reserve Tranche Position with the IMF was up $47 million to $1.464 billion.
