Ajay Bhimbhet, the retail head of IDBI Bank, who was appointed as the acting CEO has already put in his papers. His term as the acting CEO will come to an end on December 24.
He will stay on for some more time as a part of the handholding process till January 24. Other than Rao, IDBI had some time before sent two other names - Bhaskar Ghose, CEO of IndusInd Bank, and Bhimbhet
