| In the pilot phase, the scheme was launched in seven states "� Karnataka, Gujarat, West Bengal, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan. |

| Launching the scheme, T S Govindrajan chief postmaster general, AP circle, said that initially the scheme will be implemented in nine districts of Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Warangal, Nizamabad, Kurnool, Guntur, Visakhapatnam, Chittoor and Krishna. |
