The State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) has signed an MoU with National Insurance Company Limited for extending Pradhan Mantri Surakhsa Bima Yojana to its account holders.
The scheme is available across all its 1,821 branches at a cost of Rs 12 per policy per year. All the savings bank account holders in the age group of 18-70 years are eligible to join the scheme to avail of a risk cover of Rs 2 lakh, a bank release said.
