RBI Grade B: What is the Eligibility Condition?
Inorder to apply for this RBI grade B officers recruitment 2016, candidates are required to satisfy the following conditions:
- Age to be within 21 30 yrs as on July 1, 2016 (+3 yrs for OBC,+5 yrs for SC/ST, +10yrs for PWD)
60% marks in degree, std.12 (or diploma) & 10th as on 1/07/2016 - For those who are awarded CGPA scores, you must convert into percentage & enter in the application form.
- Candidates belonging to general category who had already appeared 6 times for the recruitment are NOT eligible to apply. There are no such restrictions for OBC/SC/ST.
Selection Process of the RBI grade B recruitment exam is completely online & is held in two phases:
Phase I: Objective paper for 200 marks on September 4, 2016
Phase II: Held on September 19 for 300 marks
There are cutoffs for each section as well as for total score in phase I & only those who secure these marks shall become eligible for Phase II.
Interview shortlisting is to be done based on your aggregate marks obtained in Phase II (paper I+ II+III).
Individuals who wish to apply for RBI grade B recruitment 2016 should pay Rs.850 (GEN/OBC) or Rs.100 (SC/ST/PWD) through online payment only.
