SBI PO Prelims Call letters: Where to download & what documents you need to carry

The countdown for SBI PO prelims exam has started with the release of call letter/ admit card link to download.This examination is the phase I of the 3 stage selection process for the recruitment of 2200 officers clerks in state bank of india.Since a large number of candidates had applied,the tests are to be conducted for 2 weekends starting from July 2nd.

SBI PO recruitment 2016 notification was announced in the month of with 2200 vacancies across india.As PO jobs are not filled state-wise, there are no break-up of state-wise openings.

The online preliminary exams are to be held on July 2, 3, 9 & 10 as specified earlier in SBI PO exam calendar.You can expect the results to be out by July 18th itself.

Steps to download call letter
Prelims being the 1st stage of selection, all those who had submitted their applications sucessfully are eligible to download their exam call letters between June 14 July 9.

Follow the steps given below to get yours without any errors.

• Click on this link to open the SBI PO recruitment login page
• Enter your registration number & date of birth/ password to signin
• Call letter shall be displayed with your exam date, time & venue

Take a print (Ctrl + P) of this call letter & paste your recent passport sized photograph in the space provided.

Note: All those who couldn’t pay application fees & incomplete registration cannot attend the tests nor download call letters.

Call Letter Do's & Dont's
The printed call letter must be submitted to the invigilator along with a photo identity proof.Make sure you have any one of the following ID proofs (original & 1 copy):

• Passport
• Aadhar card
• PAN Card
• Driving License
• Voter’s ID
• College ID
• Bank Passbook with duly attested photograph

All those whose identity proofs doesn’t match with details mentioned in their call letter also wont be permitted to sit for SBI PO prelims 2016.

There are two spaces in the call letter, where you must sign in the two boxes – Left thumb impression
Signature, only in the presence of the hall supervisor.

Dont get too excited & sign/ place your thumb impression in home itself as it could get you disqualified.
