The Ministry of Home Affairs is considering the examination of a concept/plan for construction of a lateral road along the Indo China border from Tawang to Vijaynagar in Changlang District in the State of Arunachal Pradesh to provide livelihood/connectivity to the border population and for the development of the border area.
