Actress Angela Maria Garcia, representing the crew of the Colombian film Los Hongos by award-winning Director Oscar Ruiz Navia addressed a press conference at the 45th IFFI in Goa today. Explaining the significance of the film, Ms. Garcia said that it is a point of view film about a Colombian city Cali and shows how people belonging to various sub-cultures in a city express themselves through various art forms, graffiti, music etc. The film, she said, is shot in a very non conventional way since the actors are not given any pre-written scripts and has little or no rehearsals.
