Minister for Communications and Information Technology Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad Adopts a Village Under Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana

Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad has adopted the village Alawalpur under Fatuha Block of Patna district to develop it as the model village. He did so under the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana initiated by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi which requires every Member of Parliament to adopt a village for developing it into a model village. People of village Alawalpur felt very happy after this announcement and the entire village have conveyed its heartfelt thanks to the Union Minister for adopting their village.
