In 2011-12, notices were sent to 21,493 associations who were found to have not submitted Annual Return under Foreign Contributiion (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA, 2010) for the years 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009. In 2014, notices have been issued to 10343 associations who have not filed annual returns for 2009-10 to 2011-12.
