The Minister of State (I/C) for Petroleum & Natural Gas Shri Dharmendra Pradhan informed the Lok Sabha in a written reply today that ONGC has formulated a 'Perspective Plan 2030' which draws a road-map for increase of ONGC Videsh's (OVL) annual production to 20 Million Metric Tonne of Oil Equivalent (MMTOE) by 2018 and 60 MMTOE by 2030.
