The Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated a five-day cultural festival 'Sanskriti' at Varanasi today. The Minister of State for Culture (Independent Charge), Tourism (Independent Charge) and Civil Aviation, Dr Mahesh Sharma was present at the function organized by the Union Ministry of Culture.
