Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shri M.Venkaiah Naidu has expressed the hope that the forthcoming winter session of Parliament would be constructive with both the ruling and opposition parties accommodating each other's concerns. He was speaking to the media after Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi assumed the charge of Ministers of State for Parliamentary Affairs.
