Union Minister of Culture and Tourism condoles the passing away of eminent cartoonist R.K. Laxman

The Minister of State for Tourism (Independent charge), Culture (Independent charge) and Civil Aviation, Dr Mahesh Sharma has condoled the passing away of famous cartoonist Shri R. K. Laxman who will always be remembered as common mans cartoonist. Shri R K Laxman was awarded Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan and Magsaysay Award for his creative works.
