The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has released a new chilling video showing a child jihadi, armed with a rocket-propelled grenade, threatening to behead US President Barack Obama, calling him the 'Dog of Rome', meaning servant of the Vatican.

According to Daily Mail, the child, around 10-years-old, says in the video that Obama is "dreaming" if he thinks that US soldiers will invade ISIS territories in Iraq and Syria.

The boy, dressed in army fatigues, urges Obama to "wake up from sleep" and submit to the caliphate.

The boy in the video points one finger toward the sky, a gesture that has become synonymous with the ISIS.
