US Vice President Joe Biden has said his decision to run for president in 2016 won't be swayed by whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton chooses to seek the Democratic nomination or not.

When asked if he had said he would not run for presidency if Clinton runs for the top position, Biden replied, "No, I haven't."
