 "JLR initiates Takata-related recalls for certain Jaguar XFs")
Jaguar Land Rover North America (JLR) on Tuesday said it had initiated the first round of Takata-related recalls for certain Jaguar XF and Land Rover Range Rover models by notifying owners of affected vehicles.
The recall was for certain 2009-2011 Jaguar XF and 2007-2011 Land Rover Range Rover vehicles.
About 54,000 Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles of a total affected population of 108,000 are included in first wave of the recall, which didn't affect any current model year Jaguar or Land Rover vehicles.
