I think any way this shakes out for Elon. It proves that twitter has lots of potential upside in improving their business. No doubt management change is necessary. But Elon should have created a vehicle for public shareholders too. The cash offer is way low. $twtr

I don't believe that the proposed offer by @elonmusk ($54.20) comes close to the intrinsic value of @Twitter given its growth prospects.
