Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L) is organising its annual market research fest Index from November 19.
Index is touted as the oldest and most prestigious market research competitions organised in a B-school in India. The two-day event provides important management lessons to future managers.
IIM-L students devise entertainment games and themes for visitors so as to elicit their response to sets of marketing queries in a subtle way. The students work on their live projects and learn, while the visitors indulge in fun oblivious of the subtext of such entertainment and games.
Reputed Indian and multinational companies also commission their market research projects to the students during Index, which teaches important management and marketing lessons to them.
“Index has been evolving in format and we have been trying to give a complete entertainment package to Lucknowites,” IIM-L students affairs chairman Ajay Garg said on Monday.
