The technology index outperformed other indices, increasing 5.01 per cent or 220.09 points to 4,617.44. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 1989.90 and a low of Rs 1870.10. The total quantity traded was 4.81 lakh shares. The stock had a 52-week high of Rs 2,140 on October 10, 2007 and a 52-week low of Rs 1212.20.
