The company, which provides logistics service in India, posted 26.7 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 16.31 crore (Rs 12.87 crore) for the first quarter ended March 2008, while net sales increased by 25.3 per cent to Rs 95.92 crore (Rs 76.58 crore) during the quarter.

The company currently operates in five key areas of logistics, namely, multi-modal transport operations, container freight stations, project cargo handling, air freight and transport logistics.

The company entered into a joint venture with Container Corporation of India to set up a container freight station and an inland container depot in Uttar Pradesh in February 2008.
