Asian markets end in green; Hang Seng surges

Asian markets ended in the green on strong corporate earnings report and as the $ slid further.

The Hang Seng surged 379 points (1.7%) to 22,590. The Nikkei was up 16 points at 10,283.

The Shanghai Composite added 56 points (2%) to 3,108. The Straits Times advanced 32 points (1%) to 2,714.

The Seoul Composite and the Taiwan Weighted are flat at 1,640 and 7,649, respectively.

The Asian markets continue to move in the green

The Hang Seng has advanced 328 points (1.5%) to 22,537. The Nikkei is up 17 points to 10,284.

The Shanghai Composite has soared 2% to 3,116 and the Straits Times is up 1% at 2,715.

The Seoul Composite Index and the Taiwan Weighted Index are up over 0.5% each at 1,644 and 7,653, respectively.

The Asian markets have opened on a positive note today morning.

The Hang Seng has advanced 329 points(1.5%) to 22,539.

The Nikkei has moved up 64 points at 10,330.

The Shanghai Composite has soared 49 points(1.6%) to 3,100 and the Straits Times is up 28 points (1%) at 2,709, respectively.

The Seoul Composite and the Taiwan Weighted Index are up 0.5% each at 1,640 and 7,641, respectively.
