The Asian markets have ended the day on a negtive note.
The Hang Seng dropped 420 points or 2% to 22,169. The Nikkei slipped 150 points or 1.5% to 10,212.
The Shanghai Composite index shed 88 points or 3% to 3,021.
The Straits Times and the Seoul Composite ended 0.5% lower at 2,696 and 1,649, respectively.
The Taiwan Weighted Index was marginally down 11 points at 7,657.

Asian markets continued to trade in red as oil prices stayed below $79.
The Hang Seng has dropped 330 points (1.5%) to 22,260. The Nikkei has slipped 125 points (1.2%) to 10,238.
The Shanghai Composite is down 54 points (1.7%) at 3,056.
The Straits Times and the Taiwan Weighted have dipped 12 points each to 2,704 and 7,657, respectively. The Seoul Composite is flat at 1,649.

The Asian markets have opened today morning on a negative note.
The Hang Seng has plunged 348 points (1.5%) to 22,242.
The Nikkei has slipped 152 points (1.5%) to 10,211.
The Shanghai Composite has dropped 31 points (1%) to 3,079 and the Taiwan Weighted Index is down 79 points (1%) at 7,589.
The Straits Times and the Seoul Composite are down 15 points each at 2,701 and 1,642, respectively.
