Shares of Astral Poly Technik soared by 15% to Rs 432, bouncing back 17% from intra-day lows of Rs 370 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after a huge deal executed on the counter.

At 12:03 pm, about 4.26 million equity shares representing 3.59% of total equity of Astral Poly Technik changed hands at a price of Rs 394.95 per share, the BSE data shows.

The name of buyers and sellers are not immediately known.

Meanwhile, as of June 30, 2015, HSBC Bank (Mauritius) Ltd A/c Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings held 4.26 million shares or 3.6% stake in the company, the shareholding pattern data shows.

At 01:57 pm, the stock was up 13% at Rs 842 on the BSE. A combined 4.33 million equity shares have changed hands on the counter so far as against an average sub-one million shares that were traded daily in the past two weeks on the BSE and NSE.
