Bharti Airtel has declined 3% as the Zain Telecom board has accepted around Rs 51,000 crore offer from Bharti Airtel to buy its African assets.
The stock opened at Rs 319 and advanced to a high of Rs 324. The scrip is now trading at Rs 303, down 3.5% each. The counter has clocked volumes of 704,000 shares on the BSE.
