Copthall Mauritius buys nearly 1.3 mn shares of M&M Services
The deal is valued at Rs 81 cr
Foreign fund house Copthall Mauritius Investment today acquired nearly 13 lakh shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services for around Rs 81 crore through an open market transaction.
Copthall purchased 12,79,791 shares, amounting to 1.23% stake in Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, for Rs 630.01 apiece, valuing the deal to Rs 80.62 crore, according to bulk data available with stock exchanges.
As of March quarter, Copthall, held 4.47% stake in Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services.
