Deccan Aviation surged 2.66 per cent to Rs 191.15 after some reports claimed that Anil Ambani group company has raised its stake in Air Deccan to 10.76 per cent.
 
The scrip opened at Rs 188 and achieved a high of Rs 201.25 and a low of Rs 175. A total of 7,30,506 shares changed at the Bombay Stock Exchange. It lost 36.41 per cent in the past one month.
 
The public holds about 34 per cent of the company, while UB group's stake is now at 49.77 per cent.
