 "eClerx Services hits 52-week high on bonus issue plan")
eClerx Services has rallied 10% to Rs 1,989, also its 52-week high on the NSE, after the company engaged in knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) business has announced a bonus issue plan.
“The board of directors shall also consider at their meeting on November 2, a proposal for declaration of bonus issue of equity shares and recommendation thereof to the shareholders of the company, for approval,” eClerx Services said in a statement.
Earlier on October 16, 2015, the company had intimated about the meeting of board of directors of the company scheduled to be held, to approve and take on record the un-audited quarterly and half yearly financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2).
At 09:39 am, the stock was up 5% at Rs 1,896 on the NSE. A combined 23,155 shares changed hands on the NSE and BSE.
