 "F&O inclusion: Amtek Auto, Bosch, Strides Arcolab shares gain")
Shares of Amtek Auto, Bosch, Engineers India, Strides Arcolab and Wockhardt have gained between 1 and 4%, as the NSE has included them in the derivative segment.
"Members are advised to note that... the futures and options (F&O) contracts on six additional securities would be available for trading w.e.f. November 28,'' the NSE said in a circular on Wednesday.
Among the individual stocks, Bosch has rallied 4% to Rs 18,727, Amtek Auto and Strides Arcolab are up 3% each at Rs 211 and Rs 748 respectively, while Engineers India up 2% at Rs 230 and Wochkhardt by 1% at Rs 830 on NSE at 0950 hours.
Indiabulls Housing Finance however trading flat at Rs 450, after hitting high of Rs 468 in early trade on NSE.
Typically, stocks entering the F&O segment gain ground due to improved liquidity and absence of circuit filters in the F&O segment. However, only fundamentals will drive the stock in the medium and long-term.
