Trades between FIIs generated a volume of Rs 77 crore on the BSE Friday-an increase of 56.37% from Rs 49 crore clocked on Thursday. As many as five stocks witnessed trades of 15 lakh shares on Friday.
Punjab National Bank (PNB) was traded at highest premium of 5.02% on the BSE with 2.77 lakh shares changing hands at Rs 831.90 as against the spot price of Rs 792.10.
South Indian Bank was traded at second highest premium of 3.35% on the BSE with 3.34 lakh shares changing hands at Rs 24.65 as against the spot of Rs 23.85.
