Fund managers see red as market slides

The equity benchmark indices closed at their lowest levels in more than three months, below their 200-day moving average levels, as the rupee depreciated further against the US dollar and plans to review tax treaties with Mauritius dampened investor sentiment.

Three of the four fund managers of Smart Portfolios Season 4 remained active, and Ashish Mittal, fund manager – PMS, Centrum Wealth, only managed to maintain his portfolio value above Rs 10 lakh.
