Shares of Global Vectra Helicorp (GVHL) have locked in upper circuit of 10% at Rs 103 on the BSE on reports that the company has signed Power By the Hour (PBH) agreement with Airbus for supplying spare parts. CLICK HERE TO READ FULL REPORT.
This PBH agreement is a standard support contract for the maintenance of a Helicopter and is in use of many aircraft in the GVHL fleet, the company said in clarification/confirmation on the new item.
Due to standard support contract for the maintenance of a Helicopter, there is not material change to the business of the company, it added.
Till 03:30 pm, a combined 47,564 shares changed hands and there were pending buy orders for 158,811 shares on the BSE and NSE.
