Glodyne Technoserve gains on shares acquisition by Merrill Lynch Capital

Glodyne Technoserve is trading higher by 2% at Rs 417 after the Merrill Lynch Capital bought 274,947 shares of IT consulting and software firm at an average market price of Rs 417 per share through bulk deal.

Rinsel Technologies (India) Private Limited has offloaded part of its holding or 275,000 shares via bulk deal on Monday on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Rinsel Technologies (India) Private Limited 790,520 shares or 1.76% stake in the company as on March 2012.

The stock opened at Rs 395 and hit a high of Rs 421 on the National Stock Exchange. A combined 229,081 shares have changed hands on the counter so far on both the exchanges.
