Gold Sukh Trade India Ltd., one of the fast growing gold trade companies in India, plans to come out with an initial public offer (IPO) in financial year 2011-12.
"We have plans to hit capital market with a public issue," said Kaushalendra Saxena, India head, Gold Sukh Trade India Ltd. However, he refrained from divulging the details about the funds to be raised from the primary markets.
It may be mentioned here that the company launched its showroom in Ahmedabad last week, which was its third showroom in India. Apart from this, a new company showroom in Agra is on the anvil. The company has embarked on a major expansion drive. The company is gearing up to open 200 franchise outlets by December 2010.
