Markets undecided; Maruti, ICICI move up 2%

The Sensex is gyrating between zones and is now down 18 points at 14,639.

The NSE Nifty is down two points at 4,412.

Maruti and ICICI Bank have rallied around 2% each to Rs 573 and Rs 655, respectively.

Reliance Communications, Satyam and HDFC Bank have advanced over 1.5% each to Rs 444, Rs 398 and Rs 1,124, respectively.

ACC, Infosys and Hindalco are the other major gainers.

HDFC has shed 2.5% at Rs 2,343. TCS has tumbled over 2% to Rs 822.

Reliance and Sterlite have slipped over 1.5% each to Rs 2,261 and Rs 623, respectively.

DLF and Jaiprakash Assocaites are down 1% each at Rs 514 and Rs 169, respectively.
