Maruti gains 1%; HDFC Bank down 4.7%
The Nifty is trading 99 points lower at 4401.
Ranbaxy has gained 4.8% to Rs 526, Cipla is up 1.6% at Rs 206. Maruti has gained 1.1% to Rs 735.
Bhel has advanced 0.3% to Rs 1,374. Ambuja Cements, ACC, Hindalco, Reliance, HUL and M&M have advanced less than half per cent.
ONGC is down 6.3% to Rs 872. HDFC has declined 5.4% to Rs 2,206. HDFC Bank is down 4.7% to Rs 1,183.
TCS has declined 4% to Rs 915 and Jaiprakash Associates and ICICI Bank are down 3.9% to Rs 183 and Rs 750, respectively.
