Mentha oil down 0.5% on increased arrivals

Increased arrivals from Chandausi triggered the downtrend

Mentha oil futures for February remained weak and shed Rs 6.40, or 0.47%, to Rs 1,364.50 per kg in 487 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the March contract shed Rs 2.70, or 0.21%, to Rs 1,273.50 per kg in 95 lots.

Increased arrivals from Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh against lower industrial demand in the spot market affected the trade.
